We are being stricter about URL encoding being required for the HTML data in the value parameter in the query string. You also need to use x-www-form-urlencoded when posting.
This seems to be affecting .NET/C# customers. If you are using .NET/C#, please follow the examples from https://www.html2pdfrocket.com/convert-csharp-to-pdf.
If you are using other frameworks, please refer to the sample code listed at https://www.html2pdfrocket.com/.
If you are still having issues, please send us:
- A snippet of your code,
- The HTML or URL you are trying to convert
- A PDF that generated as expected
- A PDF that did not generate as expected (or the error received)
